
Amy studied English and Drama at Royal Holloway, University of London and has a postgraduate diploma in magazine journalism from City University. She has written news, reviews and worked as a sub editor for publications including The Big Issue, Time Out, MSN and the Latin American News, and has reviewed theatre in Edinburgh and reported record-breaking news for Virgin while based in Kansas, US. She currently works as a sub editor for Reveal magazine. Amy is a graduate of the Royal Court Young Writers Programme and was selected to join the new Royal Court Reps scheme.
A member of Eyebrow since 2004, Amy is an artistic director of Writetime - Eyebrow's new writing venture focused on developing and producing new scripts. As part of Writetime, Eyebrow has launched WriteBites - an evening of short plays which provides a platform for writers, actors and directors to experiment with new material in an intimate and receptive environment.
Amy has worked as an assistant producer on several of Eyebrow's Showtime Challenges including Me and My Girl (London Palladium) and Sweet Charity (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane), and was the ASM for Into The Woods (New Theatre Oxford). She is the co-producer for this year's production of Crazy For You at the London Palladium in October.
