
Sheara studied History of Art and Italian at the University of Bristol, Fashion Design at the Istituto di Moda Burgo, Milan, and trained in costume at RADA. For Eyebrow Productions, in addition to WriteTime, she has designed and assistant produced Into the Woods (New Theatre, Oxford), Sweet Charity (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane), Me and My Girl (The London Palladium) and Crazy for You, coming to the Palladium in October 2009.
Sheara is a costume designer who works in film and television as well as theatre. She has assisted award-winning costume designers on projects such as Elizabeth - the Golden Age, The Young Victoria, The Other Boleyn Girl, Sense and Sensibility, Lark Rise to Candleford, Garden of Eden, Unmade Beds and Jane Campion's forthcoming Bright Star. She recently designed The Wonderful World of Death, Positive Feedback, and The Crossing.
Her other theatre experience includes Dancing in the Streets (Wardrobe Mistress at the Cambridge Theatre, Covent Garden), Art (Costume Supervisor of its UK tour), and The Madness of Esme and Shaz (Costume Designer at the Gielgud Theatre, RADA).
